Healthy Chicken Almond Meatballs with Spiralized Green Apple

There’s not much i can really say about these little babies right here, except that they are F*#@ing DELICIOUS!

Mouth watering, packed with flavor, and will send your taste buds into overdrive.

Plus the flavors from the granny smith apple sweet + tart combine.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken meat

sea salt + ground black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
1 cup bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese
dried herbs, basil, thyme,parsley
1/2 cup crushed ground raw almonds
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 granny smith green apple spiralized
1/2 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
fresh lemon juice
Clue: In a medium glass bowl, start with your ground chicken and end with your raw almonds, mix together until incorporated. Form into 1 – 2 inch balls and place in a medium skillet with olive oil. This mixture should make about 7 meatballs. While your meatballs are cooking spiralize your green apple,then pat dry with a paper towel to remove some of the water, set aside. To make your greek yogurt sauce combine the greek yogurt,with fresh lemon juice, and a drop of water if you need it.
