This Healthy beef and broccoli sauté is way better then take-out 🍜
With half the amount of sodium, and more protein, you’ll want to make this for dinner at least once a week.
I actually use a low sodium Gluten-free soy sauce along with coconut palm sugar in the recipe for the sauce.
I also paired mine with some natural, whole grain brown rice but you can also pair it with quinoa or nothing at all.
I use grass fed organic beef from whole food.
1 pound organic grass fed beef
1/4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon low sodium gluten free soy sauce
1 small head broccoli, chopped and washed
1/2 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
sea salt & ground back pepper
1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 cloves chopped garlic
Clue: this is so super simple, and easy to make for a weeknight dinner! and much better then take out.
Start by sautéing the garlic in a medium skillet with olive oil, add your beef and let it cook until tender (DON’T OVER COOK YOUR BEEF!) next add the soy sauce and coconut palm sugar, and sauté on a medium to low flame until beef is cooked through. add in your chopped fresh broccoli along with salt and pepper to taste and sesame seeds for garnish.
